Limeburners Creek is a large estuary in Whangarei Harbour. There are interpretation panels and a boardwalk off Kioreroa Road in Whangarei.
Limeburners wetland or pooh pond you decide; starts with a board walk and great walk around the ponds. Would suggest you come at high tide to enjoy the board walk.
