Alone In The Dark? Multi-Cache
ElwoodB: Det er nu omkring den tid hvor der skal skiftes batteri igen. Det ser dog ud til at denne cache har haft sin tid og da vi nu nærmer os de lyse aftener/korte nætter, er perioden hvor det er muligt at finde denne cache meget begrænset.
Derfor arkiveres cachen. Cachen vil blive fjernet fysisk indenfor de nærmeste dage.

Nat-caching i Myrdeskov! Er du mørkeræd?
Night-caching in Myrdeskov (murderforest). Are you afraid of the
dark?
Dette er en NAT-cache, der kun må og kan findes i mørke! Desuden
kræves en smule specialudstyr - læs nedenfor.
This is a NIGHT-cache and can/must only be found when its dark. You
will also need some special equpment - read below.
(PARK) N55 30.727 E011 45.818 er et godt sted at parkere.
Cachen må KUN findes mellem kl. 22 og 06 og for at blive
godtaget som "found" skal din log på geocaching.com indeholde
logningstidpunkt. Logninger udenfor perioden og logs uden tidspunkt
vil blive slettet.
For at finde cachen skal du medbringe følgende:
En kraftig lommelygte
Et digital kamera (video- eller fastbilledkamera).
Kamera'et kan udemærket være kameraet i en mobiltelefon (så fik du
endelig noget at bruge det til), men det er vigtigt at kameraet er
udstyret med et display der viser hvad kameraet "ser".
Opdatering 30/11-2005: Valentin og jeg har eksperimenteret lidt
og det ser ud til at kamera i den lidt dyre ende har et filter, der
effektivt spærrer for infrarødt-lys.
Billigere kamera'er og især kameramobiler er altså bedst i denne
situation
Når du har parkeret bilen går du til N55 30.776 E011 45.971.
Du står nu på en lille sti midt i skoven.
Sluk din lommelygte, så du står i total mørke. Tænd digitalkameraet
og drej dig rundt mens du ser på kameraets display. Se efter en
lille hvid prik. Prikken er et lille ultraviolet lys. Det kan ikke
ses med det blotte øje, men dit kamera kan se det og vise det som
en hvis prik på kameraets display.
Når du kan se prikken, kan du tænde din lygte igen og bevæge dig
mod den mens du bruger digitalkameraet til at holde retningen.
PAS PÅ hvor du går!! Se hvor du træder mens du går igennem
skoven. Når du har fundet beholderen kan du se koordinaterne på
den endelige cache på SIDEN af beholderen. ÅBN IKKE beholderen!!
- og placer den igen NØJAGTIGT som du fandt den!
Gå nu videre mod de koordinater du fandt. Når du er nået frem, skal
du lyse rundt i skoven med din lygte - og du vil få afsløret hvor
cachen befinder sig.
Jeg kan i øvrigt varmt anbefale at du også besøger Myrdeskov og
naboskoven, Allindelille Fredsskov i dagslys. Sidstnævnte er
placeret ovenpå en enorm flage af ren skrivekridt (som bl.a. ses
ved rødderne på væltede træer) og her finder du som eneste sted i
Danmark orkideen "Flueblomst" foruden en masse andre spændende
planter.
Jeg håber at du får en god tur i mørket... Men.. Er du sikker på
at du er alene!?

N55 30.727 E011 45.818 is a nice place to park your car.
This cache may only be found between 10 PM and 6 AM and will
only be accepted af found if the log on geocaching.com includes the
time of the finding of the cache. All logs outside this period or
without the time specified will the deleted.
To be able to find the cache, you will need to bring the following
equipment:
A powerful flashlight - or headlamp
A digital camera (video- og stillpicture-camera). If you got a
camera in your cell-phone, it will do (and you finally found
something to use it for..), but its important, that the camera is
equipped with a display, that show what the camera "sees".
Update 30 nov. 2005: Valentin and I has made a few experiments
and it looks like more expensive cameras has some sort of filter,
that blocks infrared-light.
Cheap cameras and especially cameras in cell-phones is therefore
recommended
When you have parked your car, go to N55 30.776 E011 45.971.
You are now standing in a small path in the middle of the
forest.
Turn off all the light, so you are in total darkness and turn on
your digital-camera. Turn around and look for a small white dot on
the display on the camera.
The dot is a tiny ultraviolet light, invisible to the human eye,
but your camera can see it and shows it as a white dot on the
display.
When you see the dot, turn on the lights and move towards the dot,
using the camera to guide you. CAREFULL where you step! Move
slowly and use your flashlight to see where you go!
When you have reached the white dot, you will find a new set of
coordinates on the SIDE of the container. DO NOT OPEN the
container!!! and replace it EXCACTLY as you found it!
Move on to the coordinates you found.
When you have reached the place, use your flashlight to look around
and the hidingplace of the cache will be revealed.
I hope that you'll get a nice trip in the dark.. But.. Are you
sure that you are alone!?
