Irgenwann im Sommer 1888 sendete Kaiser Friedrich III eine Nachricht zu seinen Freunden nach Köln.

Was dort geschehen ist wurde nie herausgefunden. Es wurde dort eine Statue errichtet und eine Dose versteckt.
