The Mid-Pen Open Space District recently demolished an old water treatment facility to make room for a nice new parking area for Pulgas Ridge OSP.
It provides access to the Blue Oak Trail and a new cutoff trail towards the aqueduct, as well as toilet facilities. No more parking on the side of the road. Naturally, it needs a cache!
Update 12/13/05: The difficulty has been increased due to bad GPS signal conditions here. Not only does the gully cut off satellite visibility, but there seems to be multipath that causes the fix to jitter. Try doing projection from the nearest decent fix and/or meditate upon the hint.
