Geocache Description:

Hiding our "cache-ews" before Xmas, we walked to a well known trail up Bay! Placed our first cache and ran.

You probably have passed this area and trail many many times, especially if you have driven to the "city on the hill".

As squirrels do before winter, we hid our cache in a place where we were first introduced to geocaching. Thanks, Kelson and Kyler. Without the help of our friends, we could not have found the hiding spot.

Think like a squirrel. You may have to even jump like a squirrel. Our first attempted hiding place for our "cache-ew" was to submerge it and tie a well-hidden string to the cache for pulling up the treasures. But, IT FLOATED.

Had to go with plan B.

The container is not your traditional holder and it definitely floats.

Parking is fairly easy - either up or down from the location. Both require a little hiking on the trail.

Original cache contents: shell, mini tattoos, matchbox van, motorcycle, flash light, Mega blok, 2 stamps, bubbles, flights, and 2 coins.
