Child-friendly cache placed on one of the forest trails at
Sutherland's Grove near Barcaldine
This is the second cache placed by the Geokippers team - a long way
from our Lancashire home but we are regular visitors to Oban.
Apologies to Riders of Rohan - lack of internet access whilst in
Oban meant we were unaware of your existing cache near here - but
at least now a visit to Sutherland's Grove can be an exciting
double-cache trip!
From the car park the cache can be found by following the red
forest trail, but for those with children who are reluctant
walkers, a detour off the much shorter yellow trail will also get
you there.
We had spent a week in Oban looking for a good cache site and think
this is a great one! You will have to hunt!!
This is a cache with child-friendly items so if possible can this
be continued - it's a lovely walk and great cache for little
people!
