The cache is located near the eastern tip of The Wedge, a wedge-shaped area surrounded by the sheer drop-offs of the San Rafael River valley to the south and Buckhorn Wash to the east. I originally wanted to place this cache about a mile farther east, but I'm not certain that a person can go that far without special equipment--I tried, but couldn't find a safe route.

Finding this cache will involve a lot of hiking, route-finding, and possible dangers such as cliffs and falling rocks. Please use your own best judgment and plenty of caution if you intend to go after this one. The solitude and spectacular views are well worth the effort you will put forth.
