Geocache Description:

This is a "Podcache".
A new and exciting way to find a cache.

You will need to listen to and possibly download the audio instructions.

We get our inspiration from different places. In life, we may get it from seeing someone less fortunate than our self rise above it all to succeed. In caching, we may get it from experiencing something created by someone more talented and imaginative than ourselves.

In life, I am inspired by people who take leaps of faith and are rewarded with the results. Entrepreneurs, explorers, researchers, and inventors are among my list.

This cache was inspired after I listened to a podcast. It was from www.podcacher.com. They were talking to a local San Diego cacher who has a reputation for some creative and imaginative hides. I aspire to do the same. This cache was born.

This adventure will take you on a short journey through town down I35W. I’m thinking you will have to invest nearly two hours to complete this. I could be wrong. There will be stops in two other parks along the way.

One half of the final coordinates are found in Glenwood Park.
The other half of the final coordinates are in Amon Carter Park. This is near the final container. Parking coordinates for both spots are noted below along with alternate parking coordinates in the Stella Rowan Prairie that will eliminate a creek crossing if you prefer.

The directions to finding the first two stages are in an audio file that can be found HERE.

The first stage is kind of an orienteering thing and the second stage is the actual coordinates. Remember, you will get one half of the final coordinates at each of these stages. They will be numbers stamped into metal.
You can either download the file and take it with you (like a Podcast) or listen to it now and take notes. It is not too complicated and the message is pretty short. The second stage may be the hardest. A dummy pod will tease you to let you know you are close.
