The old Norwich University Ski Area is hiker-friendly. From the gate at the bottom, take the old Lift Line trail straight up. It's not as easy as it sounds. I would recommend leaving a note in your window that you are hiking up the ski slope so Norwich campus security doesn't give you any trouble. Park at N44 08.389 W072 39.418.
When asked why he climbed Mount Everest, Sir Edmund Hillary stated, "Because it's there!" My reason for hiding this cache follows along with that sort of thinking.
I posted an old Norwich University Ski Area trail map. The trails are still there even though the place closed in 1993. It isn't necessary to print it off, just follow your GPSr (or the trails) and go up. If you see Oliver at the bottom don't worry, he's pretty harmless (now watch him bite someone). He'll probably greet you somewhere at the bottom of the hill.

I just want to thank everyone who has taken the time out to find this cache and to all who have yet to find it. I will be deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism to Iraq for about 14 months. Darrel of DJ and Cal has graciously agreed to adopt my caches and maintain them while I am gone and I really appreciate that. Thanks everyone and see you next year!
