Püspökszentlászló
The village got its name from the king Saint Ladislas (Szent László), who once hunted at this scene, in the forest of Zengo (the highest summit of the area). These parts were royal possession and good hunting place at that time.
By a legend, a sudden tempest broke out above Zengo while they were hunting bisons. The king with his attendance could hide in a cave of hermits.
It happened 900 years ago.
The king built up a chapel for the hillside hermits rendering thanks for the lucky escape. This building has become the base of the habitation.
