A quick pull off the road. Not quite wheelchair accesible unless you have wide tires [;)]
The cache is a small camouflaged pill bottle. Small, but it is filled with little goodies. It might even have a dollar o two for the FTF. Has a log, pencil and a little room for some very small items.
