When visiting this cache you'll be near one of Your Local Energy Providers distribution substation.
This Substation operates at 115kV, and services the surrounding communities, including Hunts Point, Medina, Yarrow Point, and Evergreen Point. Though the way that the electrical system is designed, if one of the substations comes offline, it doesn't necessarily mean that those communities will lose power, as the system is back fed off of other nearby substations.
