On the shoreline of Lake Pepin in Hok-Si-La Park, this cache has beautiful scenery of the lake and bluffs.
Park at the boat landing, just north of the entrance to Hok-Si-La Park, off highway 61. Its a short walk along the shoreline to get to the cache. Don't forget to bring a pencil to log your visit, and maybe binoculars to catch a view of bald eagles that frequent the area. Enjoy!!
*4-18-2006....After several people have expressed the difficulty of this hide, I'm changing the difficulty to 4 stars, and the terrain to 2.5 stars. Also, upon the request of frustrated cachers, I'm adding a hint. It would be more fun without the hint, but its there if you like to give up.
