Hidden Bridge Multi Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

-Tiki-: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

This multi has difficult terrain and four difficult finds.

This is my first cache. If the rating needs to be changed please let me know. Park at N 42° 32.343’ W 083°38.598’ in the sledding parking lot. Follow your GPS to the first micro (orange matchbox well disguised). There is a significant elevation change into and out of the first stage. The first micro contains the coordinates of the second micro(also an orange matchbox well disguised) . The GPS will lead you to the second stage, stay on the paved bike path until you are very close to the second stage. The second stage has the coordinates of the third stage. A short steep downhill to the third stage (also an orange matchbox well hidden) which contains the final stage coordinates. The shortest way to the final cache is across the hidden bridge (a bridge used by boy scouts in past years). I crossed it with no problem, but there was no water when I crossed. The bridge was very stable but it was not level. If you don’t feel comfortable with the bridge you can go around the bay to the final stage. The final stage is a plastic peanut container about 6 in. in diameter and about 6 in. high. It contains various toys, three travel bugs, a notebook, a pencil, and a first finders prize of three $2 lotto tickets. Good luck to the first finder. The total round trip from the parking is a little over 1.0 miles. You could easily pick up GCPHX3 before returning to the car if you have done the homework first.
