Very easy stop, park right at the cache. This is a Magnetic Nano Cache(micro-micro), approx. 10 ft away, room only for date and initials. (make sure you bring a pencil)
This was an important spot of historical significance, but is missed by quite a few locals. Is this the spot of "Colonial Period" geocaching and/or benchmarking?
Sorry no extra points for the benchmark, since it is not listed on the NGS. Rather ironic if you read the plaque at the cache.
This cache was made with newcomers in mind, and is able to be found without a GPS, just use the available maps, descriptions and photos.
