I increased the overall difficulty
to a 4 & terrain to 4.5 because after so many have tried
without luck I figure it is time...
Don't expect to find this one on your first try.
Also I am more than happy to help so if you have troubles let me
know before you cry foul...
The last stage will bring you out in the area of Buggin
III.
The theme of this cache is “Air Planes” Spenceville has a big
neighbor next door, Beale Air Force Base and the Spencevillians
just voted to create their own Air force. The Base, yet to be
officially named, was made through a few stages of development. No
small country could afford such a great thing all at once you know…
The commander was sworn in on a overcast Saturday afternoon with
much fan fare. Planes of all types came from all over the world to
fly in for the tribute show. Perhaps you’ll be
able to bring a plane of yours to trade. Wally World has a
great selection and just the right size for this cache, oooops I
mean Base.
To log/trade at this cache
you "Should" have a model airplane; there are about 15 in the cache
you can trade from. Don’t forget to bag them well so the moisture
don’t bother their delicate components while the next cachers
search for it.
Don't forget to watch for snakes and poke in the cracks with a
stick from afar before reaching in. Bug spray in the summer time is
essential!
Beware, depending on where you park the gates are far and few in
between; the barbwire fence (for the Spenceville Area) is there to
keep vehicles out not people.
(The POC in Tim Caldwell, the manager for the CA Fish and Game
concerns for Spenceville (530) 624-8658).
You must practice non-destructive methods for crossing it though,
perhaps a thick material to avoid any scrapes or scratches.
Enjoy your
