On 23rd Apr. 2006, the second day of CITO day. We hold a cache hiding activity in Zhong Shan Park, Shanghai. There were 6 of us, and we hid 4 caches. This is one of them. The cache is in the park near a subway station with the same name.The coordinate is the location of the park's gate.The park is free to tour.Get the first hint in the park.
NOTICE:the park's open during 6:00am-6:00pm

You shall find a bower(small house). Count the number of lions and cranes. **Update: it seems the cranes have flown away. However each left behind a single Large Chinese character on the roof.**
A=the number of cranes (large characters)
B=the number of adult lions
The second hint:

E121 24.(A+A+B)(A+1)0
Yes, the last number of E and N is zero. Here you shall find a small shelter on a hilltop. Count the number of vertical bamboo poles supporting the roof.
