you need to use rural skills for driving on narrow gravel roads and keeping the speeddown due to the surprise of on coming traffic
This is a bit of a drive but well worth the trip, the cache is at the junction of a bridge and the road up to a cool place called Bushhaven Lodge they offer, camping, kayaking, backpacking, vehicle security for hunters and home stays.

from the turn off it is 4 km up to the lodge but it can be very slippery in the wet.
if you continue on the road over the bridge the road gets alot narrower and tricky if you are not used to counrty roads, at the end of the road is an awesome swing bridge.
places for picnics and a swim in the summer.
