Mission Improbable 2 - Cache Chase Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

The Bolas Heathens: We've been out to check on this one following the last DNF and it's nowhere to be found. It looks like the place the cache had been in has been distured and the cache taken.

We tried to find an alternate location for a replacement cache but there are no decent hiding places sufficiently away from boating muggles so we're reluctantly archiving the cache.

Thanks to everyone who came to find it.

Geocache Description:

My name is Bond, Isaac Bond. Licenced to thrill geocachers. Following hot on the heels of my first mission, I've just been informed that enemy agents have placed two dead letter drops in the North Shropshire area. I'm told that these contain what looks like co-ordinate fragments and I need your help in finding them and discovering where they lead.

As I am only 7 years old and have just one successful mission under my belt, I am still a spy in training so I need assistance from you in my mission. Can you help me? Remember, this mission is for Queen and country so mind your P's and Q's (and M's) of course.

PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS OF THIS CACHE BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO FIND

This is a puzzle cache with a difference - to find this cache you will need to find two micro caches - one has the North co-ordinates and one has the West co-ordinates. But there is a twist - the location of the micro's are constantly changing!

Each of the two micro's is also a loggable TB:

52 Degrees North
2 Degrees West

The object of this game is to be the first to find each TB micro after it has been hidden by the previous finder. If you are the new finder you will need to log the find as soon as possible (so others will not search for a TB micro that is not there). The finder becomes a hider and then places the TB micro wherever they want as long as the micro stays in the North Shropshire area as soon as possible (preferably on the way home from doing this cache). When you log the TB micro, make a note on your log with the new coordinates and an encoded hint. Then it is up for grabs for the new finder!

The above co-ordinates are for Falcon pub in the village of Hinstock - they are NOT the location of the cache itself. You will not need to park at this location although the pub comes well recommended.

The cache and it's initial contents itself was won by Isaac in the raffle at the G:org's Cathedral of the Canals event in April 2005.

The final cache is in a lovely location and very close to a childhood holiday favourite of Mr Bolas Heathens. When he was young and his parents asked him where he wanted to go away in the caravan to, this was always the place he and his sister chose. It's such a beautiful spot and brings back many happy memories every time he is here.

We have set the terrain based on the location of the final cache. Obviously with movable TB micro's, the previous finder decides how hard they want to make the TB micro to find for the next finder so we have no control over this.

As you are a spy, stealth may be needed at the final location. We'd prefer you log a DNF rather than compromise the cache.

My first mission was Mission Improbable 1 - The Pheasants.

Congratulations to our First To Find:

Izzy and the Lizard King

Please do not give the co-ordinates to other cachers or pass either of the micros to another cacher as it spoils the fun.
