Located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside south of Basingstoke. The forest floor is covered in Bluebells in spring and wild garlic in the summer.
The cache is hidden about half a mile from the suggested parking place. The route to it is along a byway, so if you have a 4x4 you could drive to within 6 feet of the cache. The byway continues for a further mile and is a perfect example of an ancient highway wich just happens to have not been tarmaced.
The cache is a small tupperware box, I will mail a FTF certificate to who ever finds it.
Lots of wild life to look out for including:- deer, rabbits, pheasants and woodpeckers.
The track can be muddy at times but has a solid base, suitable for cyclists and off road pushchairs.
