If they Build it, will you come? Multi-cache

This cache has been archived.

CacheAbels: Construction work in the area and the second stage has disapeared. There is not many places around lubbock where you can conceal a large cache out in the open without much muggle activity, but we will look for another.

Geocache Description:

This cache name comes from the fact that it is near a proposed baseball field.

For those cachers not familiar with Lubbock, it is flat with very few trees. You can see forever, spotting thunderstorms in New Mexico over a hundred miles away, hours before they get here. Concealing a regular size cache is difficult; hence there is a profusion of micro caches hidden in all of the public parks. In order to place a regular sized cache and still make it a little bit of a challenge, we have set up a two-stage multi-cache, requiring you to use the projection feature on your GPSr. The coordinates above direct you to the first stage, which is nothing more than a sign with a ten-letter name on it (no repeating letters in the name.) Use the ten-letter name on the sign to decode the distance and direction to the final stage of the cache, starting from the location of first stage. The first letter on the sign will represent a one; the second letter a two, etc. The last letter will represent a zero. The final stage of the cache is at:

CCIM feet at NB.UB degrees from true north.
