This is a traditional cache located at the south-west area of the
island of Santorini, 145 meters above sea level.
While you are at Fira or some other central area of the island,
head for the most south-western area that is called Acrotiri.
After passing the village with the same name, follow the road to
the lighthouse. At some point before the lighthouse, turn left
and head for Kambia bay.The road from now on is gravel. At some
point you will find the white church of Taxiarches.
From now on you are on your own and with the help of your GPS unit
you will start hunting for the cache.
The cache contains a log book, a pen, a pencil, and a geocaching
declaration. Also it contains some items for trade.
Once you find the cache and log your visit, enjoy the spectacular
view from the spot.If you have skills on driving to difficult
gravel roads and your car helps you with its four wheel drive
system, try to visit Kambia bay.You will be rewarded with the
crystal clear water for some sea dives.
