Lost Lake is small lake located to the west of West Hawk Lake near
Big Island Landing. The cache is located on a rock ridge that
overlooks the lake. This would be a great picnic spot on a nice
day. If you follow Big Island Landing road you will come within a
few hundred meters of the cache.
The container is a camouflaged Nalgene bottle. I was out of trade
items so it only contains a log book and pencils. First finder gets
FTF certificate and Perkins gift cerificate.
Please keep the logbook attached to the lid of the bottle as its
hard to remove it from the narrow bottleneck!!!
Please replace all groundcover as it conseals the cache.

Great fall day for caching - Ramblin' Rose found this on her own and replaced the broken cache container with new one, including new logbook. Was on my way back to the truck when I realized that I hadn't signed and returned. Lovely area! TFTH, TFTC

Find nuber 1700 for me. Rode over from outr spot at Caddy. TFTH. The log was very wet as the lid has a hole in it. Sorry nothing with me to fix it up.

Had a great time searching and enjoyed lunch on Lost Lake. Unfortunately cache was a little worse for wear, but we found it!
