El Tion is an almost left hamlet in the mountains above
Vallehermoso and located on a narrow mountainridge !
For this tour we used Goldstadt Wanderfuhrer nr. 25 setting out
from Vallehermoso towards the Garabato dam. Duration
of this tour:4 uur
This is the route I strongly advise because of the "you
cannot miss" part towards and around Roque El Cano over a splendid
trail and with great views !!
Another possibility is to drive towards Restaurante Roque Blanco
and walk from there-out ( 1,5 hour ). But you will miss a lot and
it may be difficult to locate the path towards the ridge below
.
Wear good shoes and bring drinks and food!
