NatureB0Y: Unfortunately, yesterday or the day before, this rest area was closed. The entrances were blocked, the picnic tables bulldozed, and the rest area signs removed. My cache was nowhere to be found, so it looks like I'll have to archive this one. The last rest-area on the Whangamoa hills is now gone for no apparent reason.
