A ria num dia chuvoso / The "Ria" in a rainy day
O percurso até á cache terá que ser
feito a pé ou de bicicleta (BTT preferencialmente). Sugerimos
que deixe o seu carro perto do ponto N 37º07.784'
W008º35.788'.
Dai até á cache terá que passar pela zona dos
restarantes. Irá passar a antiga "lota", onde poderá
eventualmente ver alguns velhos pescadores a remendar as redes,
amanhar o peixe ou outra qualquer actividade relacionada.
Irá passar pelo antigo Salva Vidas de Alvor (é no
portão vermelho). Se estiver aberto não deixe de visitar,
mas, poderá sempre dar uma espreitadela pelo portão. Se
quiser visitar o centro da vila basta subir uma destas ruas. A rua
ao lado do Salva vidas leva-lá á Igreja Matriz.
A partir do Salva Vidas é só seguir o que o GPS lhe
diz.
O fim do dia é uma optima altura para tentar esta cache.
Depois de encontrar a cache poderá continuar o passeio se
assim o desejar.
You must walk to the cache so we sugest
that you leave your car somewhere near this point: N
37º07.784' W008º35.788'.
From there to the cache you´ll have to pass the restaurant
area. You will pass the old fish market where (if you are lucky)
you can see the old fisherman cleaning the fish, fixing his nets or
any other related task.
You will pass the ancient life saving boat (inside the red gate).
Take a look if the gates are open or, if they are closed, just look
trough the gates. If you wish to visit the village center just go
up one of this streets. The stree at the side of the Life Saving
Boat house will lead you to the main Church.
From the Life Boat, just follow the GPS.
Sunset is a good time to try this cache. After finding the cache
you can continue your walk if you like.

15x7x5 cms e 0.5 lts de capacidade com os items habituais: Logbook,
stashnote, lapis, afia e items de troca. Pode albergar Geocoins e
Pequenos Travel Bugs.

stashnote, pencil, sharpenner and trade items. It can hold Geocoins
and small Travel Bugs.
Algumas notas: O local é acessivel a
crianças mas, convem ter algum cuidado pois há uma
falésia perto. A cache está num local seguro. O acesso a
carrinhos de bebé não é possível até ao
local da cache, mas pode levar o carrinho até muito perto
(+/-50mts).
Quando tiverem que subir tomem o caminho da direita.
Some notes: The place is acessible
fotr small children, but, you must take some precautions because
there´s a cliff nearby. The cache is in a safe place.
It´s not acessible for strollers or wheelchairs, but, they can
get near (+/-50mts)
When you have that to go up, take the path.on your right.
Todos os logs tem que estar em Português ou Inglês e
ter pelo menos uma breve descrição da busca. Caso
contrário posso ser tentado a apaga-los
All logs must be in Portuguese or English and have, at least, a
brief description of your hunt. Otherwise i might be tempted to
delete them.
