Geocache Description:


Souradnice Vás privedou k objektu lehkého ceskoslovenského opevnení z roku 1938, které mely republiku chránit proti nacistické tretí ríši. Objekt je opraven a zprístupnen verejnosti. Nachází se v blízkosti klasicistního zámecku Pohansko. Zámecek byl postaven na valu starého velkomoravského hradište z 8.a 9.století v letech 1810-1812. V prvním patre zámecku je expozice, která prezentuje výsledky archeologických výzkumu velkomoravského valu.

Vojenský objekt je otevren od 1.5. do 30.9., každou sobotu a nedeli od 10:00 do 17:00 hod.

The coordinates brings you to the Czechoslovakian light defence structures from 1938. They were intended to protect the republic from the Nazi “Third Reich”. The object is repaired and made accessible to the public. It´s near of the classicist chateau Pohansko. The chateau was built in 1810-1812 on the earthen ramparts old Great Moravian hillfort that stood there from the 8th to the 9th century. The first floor of the chateu hosts an exposition exhibiting the findings of archaeological excavations of the Great Moravian settlement.

The military object is open from 1.5. till 30.9., each Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
