Geocache Description:

THE COORDINATES ABOVE ARE FOR PARKING ONLY. THEY ARE NOT THE COORDINATES OF THE CACHE. YOU MUST SOLVE THE PUZZLE TO FIND THE LOCATION OF THE CACHE. THIS CACHE IS LOCATED WITHIN STATE GAME LANDS #38. PLEASE BE SURE TO WEAR BRIGHT ORANGE DURING HUNTING SEASON.

The answer to this riddle should give you the information you need to find the coordinates of the cache. (Note: This has nothing to do with the penny or money).

-----------------------------------
I am not new.
I am not 25 cents.
I am not half.
I am not full.

What is missing from this list? (If you figure out what I am, then you can figure out what is missing from the list).

------------------------------------
THIS IS A VERY LONG HIKE.
If you park at the above coordinates the distance to the cache is about 238,000 miles. No only kidding, it's not really that far, but it is over a 7-1/2 mile roundtrip hike. (Your GPS will probably read less than 2 miles to the cache from the SGL Parking Lot, but the trails wind around and add alot of extra mileage). You can also park at an alternate location on the side of a road (park at your own risk here) and bushwack 501 feet to the cache (this would probably raise the terrain to 4 stars). There is also another location that you can park at that might not be that far - you have to do some research for this one. It's up to you to decide. The cache container is a camo'd cylinder that is about 1-1/2 inches in diameter and about 4 inches long. It is NOT on the ground - it's about eye level. IF YOU'RE LUCKY AND HAVE ALOT OF TIME TO SEARCH THE IMMEDIATE AREA, YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO LOG ANOTHER VERY OLD LONG LOST TREASURE (49 years old) THAT'S RIGHT AT THE CACHE SITE. (It's something you can log on geocaching.com, but by logging this other object, it does NOT increase your cache find count). (You'll have to do some research to find out what that object is (and you can't sit on it).)

Note: I am NOT near a lake. Suggest you look at an online Topozone Map of the area and if you look very carefully, you should see the answer to the riddle somewhere in SGL #38. Then go to a listing of these type of items and get the coordinates for that object. Suggest you print either the topozone map or a map of the gamelands out and plot your hike along the proper trails before heading out for this cache. There are alot of trails there, and taking the wrong one can add extra miles to your hike.

NOTE: 11/16/08 - Cache container has been replaced. Cache is now a 3" x 5" x 1/2" camoed waterproof container.
