Number four in my Homestead series. On the way to the cache you will go through an old homestead site. Old foundations remain, as well as crude native sandstone masonry. Non native plant species still survive here, often an indication that the area was once inhabited. I am researching the particulars about the picnic grounds and the background of the Goddard name.
