Had difficulty with Lock on this one.
Cache is hidden near the motor boat launch at the Sumpfield launch area. The Cache is a little walk up hill to get above the flood zone.
Cache is in the wall, but Do NOT move rocks.
BTW NO it does not count the cache that spike hid 
>> Funny.. it snuck up on me.. when I saw Team Bullis today i thought i had one more to hide.. but nope.. the task is done with 2 days to spare
