A small currently unknown park in Bayside, quite simple.
Bring a BBQ pack, there are free BBQ's here.
At the start point, there is a sign for the Kings Club.
NOTE: Removed some of the maths as the council has changed the signage.
CCC = street number of the Kings Club.
The cache is at:

Cache is a 200ml Sistema container containing the usual log book, pencils, cute koala...
