Die evangelische Kirche zu Breuna wurde erstmals im 13. Jahrhundert genannt. Erst seit Mitte des vorigen Jahrhunderts hat sie ihre heutige Form. Die Kanzel trägt die Jahreszahl 1561, das Taufbecken aus dem Jahre 1200 gilt als bedeutendstes Denkmal romanischer Bildhauerkunst im Wolfhager Land.
