There's a Starbucks coffee shop on the south side of the street. It's behind a bunch of dark tinted windows, you may not be able to see the people sitting there.... but they can see you! On the north side, there are huge display windows there that allow everyone inside to see what you’ll be doing outside on the streets. Then there's the Cable Car platform and all the vehicle traffic traveling east & west. You will definitely be in the public's eye when searching for this cache.
Cache is a pico container so you will need a bit of patience removing the log. With that in mind, I hope you'll remember to bring a pen or pencil because I just couldn't squeeze one in - try as I may, I just couldn't squish another item inside.

*Remember to watch those windows because they're definitely watching you!

This took way longer than it should have! Nighttime works well though as there aren't many muggles. TFTC

Team TP! My lady found this one rather quick. Signed log and put it back in its original spot.

Ended up on the opposite side of the street looking at the signs and such for the nano. Reading the hint helped narrow down the location. TFTH!

A lot of people saw me pulling up the base of the lamp post on the north side of California st - not once but twice - GPSr leading me astray. I'm sure that they thought that I was just another SF nut case. When I did find the cache in plain sight, I signed the log then looked all over for the top half of the container, certain that I had dropped it somewhere. Eventually I found it in my pocket. I must have put it there after discovering that my pen had oozed ink all over. It was probably entertaining if any one was watching. Got the log rolled up, container back in place and returned to my car just as it started to rain again.

Found on a rainy day when most muggles had their noses to the ground. TFTC
