I gave it a terrain of 2 due to the small, easy hike to this cache.
Once upon a time a colony of Gnomes inhabited the wilds of Oceanside and Vista. As humankind encroached upon the territory the Gnomes were forced to move to a new Gnomeland. Svin, the svinging Gnome, refused to leave his beloved Guajome Gnomeland. Unfortunately, he is very lonely and needs someone to help him to sving again. Please come and give him a gentle push while you enjoy the view of the lake and Svin can sving once again.
Svin, tired of svinging, has decided to lay low. He still svings but not as high as he used to. Please feel free to visit Svin, give him a gentle push, and help him back to safety.
To avoid a tiny day use fee park on North Santa Fe and have a pleasant walk to Svin.
