Meandmydogs is honoring technical colleges by placing Learn to Earn
caches. This is kind of the opposite. You can pay BIG BUCKS to
learn in this town! And some folks with liberal arts college
degrees never figure out what to do to earn a living. ;-)
Please use stealth when finding this cache. Stay away from
the the nearby business establishment and its sign. You do not have
to open a lid of anything to find this. But it is not a
usual container. Since the time the cache was hidden someone has
placed a table nearby for the folks at the bank who come to smoke,
so you may have visitors.
