By the new RJC (regional justice center) super easy and accessable to evreyone.elevation is at 1980 feet
This is the new Courthouse and it is beautiful. Almost been occupied for 1 year now it houses the city courts, justice courts, district courts, and the supreme courts and all thier related departments in one house. This is a small cache and is a log only. Bring your own pen to log your visit. Night time is the right time for this one or on a weekend. Many muggles around during bankers hours. Stealthness is a priority, be aware of whos around you and who may be watching.
