Geocache Description:

This cache placed primarily to harbor entrance passes for the RCGDS End of Summer Spectacular Event.

It will remain in place permanently, but after it serves its purpose it will be nothing much more than another tally or a cache to help keep your numbers up .
I wanted to make this a terrain one but couldn't find a suitable spot. Unless you are actually in a wheelchair, you shouldn't have much of a problem getting to it.
