The cache is not located at the above coordinates. In order to find the cache (a small Sesame Street tin given to me by my daughter), you'll need to know something about the characters on Sesame Street.
Here are descriptions of six different characters on Sesame Street. In order to solve the puzzle, you will need to identify the name of each character. Once you have done so, you must convert the first letter of each name into a number, where a=1, b=2, etc. For conversion purposes, the letter o = zero.
A - Furry, red, voice can be maddening
B - A blood sucker with a passion for numbers
C - Large, yellow, lots of feathers
D - Blue, furry, shares voice with Yoda, can be "Super"
E - Formal name of brown mammoth/elephant
F - Green, irritable, has a pet earthworm named Slimey
Now you should have six numbers labeled A through F. Add number ABC to the last three digits of the North coordinate above to get the final North coordinate. Then add number DEF to the last three digits of the West coordinate above to get the final West coordinate.
