Located near the La Cueva Picnic Grounds in the Cibola National Forest.
Take FR 333 off of Tramway Blvd. turn right at the sign to La Cueva Picnic Area.
Park at the Trail Head #83;-35 12.270 106 29.245.
I hiked by the cabin several times and had wanted to put a cache nearby.
After visiting Kylers Kid Cache I decided this was the Day.
After Parking; Hike east 0.23 miles to the Tramway Trail "Signed" 35 12.331 106 29.013.
Then Go right"South"
Please Stay On The Trail "NO BUSHWACKING" until you come to where the Tramway Trail & Spring Creek Trail/Rozamiento Trail Junction "Signed" 35 11.988 106 28.947.
Take this trail about 360 feet to the Cabin & the Cache.
There is no need to bushwack or look IN OR ON the foundation.
The Cache Hugs the North side of the Spring With a rock on top.
Again "NO NEED TO BUSHWACK" or Climb on the Cabin Ruins.
Built in the 1930's by the CCC & used by the Forest service into the 1960,s
You may also park @ 35 11.826 106 29.420 and hike the 1.5 rated terrain, a short distance East on the Rozamiento Trail to the cache.
If you take this trail, and it LOOK'S like you are hiking thru someones backyard, your on the correct trail.
You may also hike in from the Tram.
Cache Container is a Camo Tin 6 inches X 2.5 inches.

Two TB's & Several additional Items.
Located a few feet off of the Rozamiento Trail #208 also called The Spring Creek Trail.
