Syrius Black: Since the local council in thier "wisdom" have turned this from a pleasant place to stop to a nasty place to stop our most popular cache has to go. Sadly. No chickens left alive here anyway. Syrius.

If you know this layby you'll understand.
This cache is now opposite where a lovely old park like lay-by used to be. The park and lay-by has been destroyed for logging reasons and access is now prohibited. Most of the lovely trees have been cut down (except for some reason those awfull non native palm trees ! go figure). So alas, no more chickens. And no more nice shady park with a nice cool river. We had always hoped it would get re-built and tidied up since it is such a good spot to stop in.
The cache is now placed on the opposite side of the road.
No need to cross fences.
The cache container is a small, well marked, (200ml) plastic container with a red top. Contains Note book, pencil, stash note.
Please take care with children near the very fast main road.
Alas, no more very friendly fowls....
