Ever see one of those T-shirts "my friend went to
_______ and all he brought back for me was this lousy shirt"
?? Well, you know a geocaching crew who went to Hawaii, and
all they brought back for you was this lousy cache.
Our remnants from Hawaii are our gifts to you. Hope you enjoy
them.
While we were in Hawaii, we were
fortunate to have some good friends back home who helped us score a
webcam cache. We also met cachers from the bay area there. We
thought it only appropriate to bring a little Hawaii back to the
Valley for our friends to enjoy. This spot looks a little bit (only
a little bit though) like Hawaii, even says so nearby. Hawaian
trivia: did you know there are only 12 letters in the Hawaian
alphabet? True
The original cache was a large
ammo box containing a bunch of stuff brought back from Maui. The
chace went missing and has been replaced with a tupperware type
container.
