For the purposes of this unique puzzle, pretend that each digit
increases or decreases independently of the others, such that, for
example, W113 30.109 could be derived from W113 30.100 or W113
30.199.
The cache is a camouflaged lock'n'lock style container which can
only hold very small or thin items. Please cram/bend/shove the
logbook and geocaching info sheet back inside to make sure the lid
seals properly. The difficulty and terrain ratings are not
necessarily accurate, to hinder you from summarily ruling out
certain possible locations. Feel free to Write Notes to this page
informing everyone of your 'progress', but don't use Did Not Find
until you have verified with me which is the correct solution
(which I will do only after you've honestly researched some of the
possibilities).
