Esta cache está escondida na serra do Cercal perto de um marco geodésico.
Chamei Gurita a esta cache porque é o termo que os habitantes do Cercal do Alentejo, a terra mais próxima, utilizam para denominar este local desde que o marco geodésico lá foi colocado.
Para lá chegar é muito simples. Na estrada N390, no sentido de V.N. Mil Fontes para o Cercal, no ponto N37º47.243 W008º42.482 virar à esquerda e subir até ao fim dessa estrada. A partir daí you’r on your on, my friends.
A cache é um tamparué quadrado transparente com tampa branca dentro de um saco de plástico. Contém um logbook, uma caneta, stashnote, goodies e uns binóculos (que NÃO são para troca) para poder apreciar a paisagem.

This cache is hidden in the mountain range of Cercal, close to a geodesic landmark. I called it Gurita because it is the term that the inhabitants of the Cercal do Alentejo, the nearest village, use to call this place since that the geodesic landmark was placed.
To arrive there it is very simple. In the N390 road, in the direction of V.N. Mil Fontes for the Cercal, in the point N37º47.243 W008º42.482 turn left and to go up until the end of this road. From then on you' r your on, my friends.
The cache is a squared transparent box with white cover. It contains a logbook, a pen, a stashnote, and goodies.
