Geocache Description:

Just in time for Halloween!! Located behind the New Boston Cemetary in the Lake Dennison Recreation area.

Local legend (confirmed by local officials) has it that if you go to the cemerary and shout "Rudy give me (us) a sign!", strange things will happen. I remember doing just this when I was a teenager. The radar detector in the car we were in started to beep! According to Shadowlands.com (visit link) Winchendon - Lake Dennison Camp Grounds - Old Cemetery within - It is said that if you drive your car into the old cemetery and shine your back lights on a certain tree that you can see "Willy", a ghost, hanging from a long branch. He is said to be a very angry ghost. You are looking for a large peanut jar covered in camo duct tape. The cache is filled with spooky treasures, and for the FTF, either a knitted GPS pouch, or a $5 Dunkin Donuts gift card. Happy hauntings, opps, I mean hunting!
