This small cache is located in Seton Nossiter Park, a regularly used dog walking and exercise area in Paparangi, Wellington.
We have dedicated this cache to our Alaskan Malamute, Mischka, who passed away in February 2005 - this was her favourite walking spot.
Ample car parking can be found at:
S41 12.533
E174 49.034
Follow the track down, down, down and along the gully, crossing the stream by rocks, bridges and jumping.
The cache is a camo painted 400ml sistema plastic container.
There is a picture of Mischka on the inside of the cache lid.
Once you find the cache if you continue across stream and around the bend there's another open grass area with a picnic table and seating.
There's aslo a bit of history nearby (approx 100m back towards the carpark) with a "mini-forest" regeneration project.
Dogs most welcome here!
