Geocache Description:

Location is roped off, but is public property. We checked with store owner to verify.

Cache is not located in the most scenic of settings, but be sure and travel out to the Pier to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. You can fish, or watch surfers from the Pier or rocky beach. Nearby there is a Pizza joint that my wife just had to go to back when she was pregnent (This is about a 3 hour drive for us!).
Cache is located in an open area, so use caution for there might be "lookie-loo's" around.
