I was taking the backroad from Berryessa to Lower Lake today and passed by Knoxville Public Lands. When I was a teenager, I used to drive my dune buggy all though these hills. Take the dirt road up the hill. Be careful at the low water bridge. Make sure your vehicle can safely cross it. Also, make note of the dip in the road when you cross the bridge to ensure your vehicle can handle it. This cache is located just off the dirt road. You are looking for a 12" long piece of PVC Pipe with screw on lids. Inside is a log sheet and a some small trade items. The pipe diameter is only about 2" so trade items will need to be small. The road up to this might be a challenge following a rain. A vehicle with high ground clearance would be a good idea.
