Mitt i stan finns en obebodd ö – Riddarholmen. Enligt uppgifter från folkbokföringen och stadsmuseet KAN det bo en person här, men de senaste säkra uppgifterna handlar i så fall om en pensionerad vaktmästare som var folkbokförd på ön för 20 år sedan. Nu har vi sett att han finns! Se http://www.dn.se/DNet/jsp/polopoly.jsp?a=872388 . Här ligger Riddarholmskyrkan där flera kungar är begravda, ett bokförlag samt en del statliga förvaltningar och olika domstolar, som Kammarkollegiet, Svea Hovrätt och Kammarrätten.
Inget nöjesparadis, alltså. Så vare sig det finns en invånare här eller om någon blir strandsatt av misstag, har vi lagt ut en cache med lite saker man kan behöva om man skulle hamna på en så pass öde ö...

In english:
In the middle of Stockholm you can find a desert island – Riddarholmen. According to the Authorities of National Registration there MIGHT be one person living there, but the latest information about that is more than 10 years old, and the rumours (as the Authorities mention it) says that it was a retired usher.
Well, the island is not completely empty: There is the Riddarholmskyrkan – where many of the the old Swedish kings are buried – a publishing house, and different law courts – with staff. But they do not live there, just work.
So, let's be fair, it is not the most lively district of Stockholm... If the Riddarholmen really is inhabited by one single person, or if someone just get stranded on the island, we have gathered a little survival kit for lonely days and nights...
The cache is a little waterproof outdoor bag, If you leave something - please take out something, and the bag will remain intact!
