Geocache Description:

Night cache at Rocky Pond Community Forest, less than 1 mile roundtrip

Park at the provided coordinates on Green Street in Boylston. There is pull-off space for at least 3 cars. Do be respectful of the neighbors and try to be quiet as you exit and return to your cars. The path is a bit rocky at the beginning, and a bit wet in a couple places, so watch where you put your feet, and consider wearing boots.

Don't forget to bring flashlights or headlamps! By holding the beam close to your eyes, you will find a path marked by fire tacks. Follow this path until you see two fire tacks together, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You are now within eyesight of the final waypoint. Probe the darkness with your flashlights until you see 3 tacks on a tree. The cache will be within a few feet of the 3 tacks.

The cache, a very small tupperware, has room only for its log book and very small items like geocoins. Bring your own pen! I have initially stocked the cache with a variety of unactivated geocoins as FTF prizes. Please limit one per team!

The cache was placed on this property with permission from NEFF. A map showing the boundaries of Rocky Pond Community Forest can be found here.
