Stage 1 is a folgers coffee container on private property. We
know the property owners very well and they are extremely
cacher-friendly. Please enter via the driveway, the cache is
directly to your right, next to the big tree. Inside, you will find
the 15 digit coordinates for Stage 2. Then Hop in your cache mobile
and drive to the Stage 2 nano (read blinky) which is located quite
a distance away.

Stage 1 is
visible from the street side of the fence, it is not in any
foliage. It is next to the large tree in the middle of the yard, do
not enter until you see the cache.
